1921 Halftone Print U. S. Navy Officer Woman Bridge - ORIGINAL HISTORIC NAVY FT1 "Handel in the Garret"This is an original 1921 halftone print of a U. S. Naval (officer?) talking with a young woman his sweetheart(?) on a bridge. This print has a lovely border drawn by artist Franklin Booth (artist initials in print, bottom center). Franklin Booth. (1874 1948) Born and raised in Indiana, he was primarily an ink and a pen artist. He was known for his intricate decorative borders which include many fine lines and fanciful images. Period Paper has obtained
