A Badge for Distinguished Electrical Work in the First Five Year Plan, c. 1932 United Republic of Kent on the 15thConstructed of bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a rhombus bearing a central raised depiction of a power plant flanked by a worker manning a generator, in turn situated above a light illuminating a transformer, situated within a red enameled border bearing a dedication for distinguished electrical work, the reverse bearing an etched dedication for the fulfillment of Joseph Stalins first Five Year Plan with a date of 1932,
