Attributed to Lieutenant Colonel D. Carlos Baron Maldonado. In bronze gilt with red, white and blue enamels, mounted to an eight pointed silver star base, each star point with five dual faceted rays, unmarked, measuring 70. 8 mm (w) x 69. 8 mm (h), ornate vertical pinback flanked by dual stays, some residue on the white enamelled arms at 9 and 12 o'clock, the enamels themselves intact, near extremely
